Exchanges and returns

Thank you for shopping at Lingerie Forum!

We only accept returns on defective items.

If you wish to return a defective item purchased from www.forumdalingerie.com, you have 14 days from the date of receipt of your order. Returns are made using a voucher code, which you can use within 30 days. Items must retain all tags, original packaging and the corresponding receipt/proof of purchase.

It should be noted that Fórum da Lingerie is not responsible for paying shipping costs for returns, which will be discounted in the event of a return (€2.90).

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are found to be defective or damaged. If you need to exchange something for the same item, please email us at forumdalingerie@gmail.com with photographic evidence.

Steps to follow for the order to arrive at our facilities:

• Send by registered mail – order number (example: #0101)
• name in which the order was made
• name of item to be returned
• send the order by registered mail to the address provided
